Do works purchased on the website come framed?
Only works that are framed in the image on the online store will be shipped framed.
Typically, the gallery only sells works on paper and photographs framed and the cost of framing is included in the price. If you have specific questions about the style of frame used, please contact the gallery and a member of staff would be happy to provide additional information and images.
Paintings or canvases are typically sold unframed, with custom framing available at an additional cost. If you would like to arrange custom framing, please contact the gallery by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone, +1 (416) 205-9000, to discuss further and to receive a quote.
I purchased a work through your online shop, does it come with a certificate of authenticity?
All works purchased through the gallery are signed by the artist and come with a gallery label affixed to the back of the work for provenance.
If you require a certificate for insurance purposes or have specific questions regarding a work, please contact the gallery for assistance.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Our online shop accepts payment by all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Your payment is made through Stripe, a secure platform used world-wide.

Can I return an artwork once purchased?
The gallery does not extend refunds or accept returns once works or publications have been paid for through the store. All sales are final.
