Art Toronto 2026: BOOTH 109

This year, Nicholas Metivier Gallery is pleased to present a selection of new works by our emerging and senior artists. Alongside our main presentation, we are thrilled to announce The Vault Collection, a dedicated solo booth of photographs by Edward Burtynsky. The Vault Collection at Art Toronto will be a new selection of Edward Burtynsky’s rarest and most important photographs dating from 1985 to 2016.

We will also premiere two new photographs from Edward Burtynsky's upcoming project, Mining: For the Future. Released following Burtynsky’s 2025 journey through Western Australia, these powerful new works mark a return to one of the defining subjects of his career: mining, a theme he has explored since the mid-1980s.
