Jeffrey Blondes was born in Washington D.C. and lives in Touraine, France. Originally trained as a painter, Blondes has been creating long format, high-definition films exploring time and nature since 2005. Created in remote rural locations over time periods ranging between 12 hours to one year, the films provide an opportunity to share in a quiet meditation on the slow and poetic passage of time.
